Attendance, leave and overtime data need consistent verification before they can support payroll administration. The opportunity was to make reconciliation faster and more systematic.
My role
As HR & General Affairs Officer, I redesigned the spreadsheet-based reconciliation process within my payroll support responsibilities.
The approach
I restructured verification and reconciliation workflows using Microsoft Excel and documented checks, bringing a more consistent sequence to the preparation of payroll-support data.
The outcome
Approximately 70% improvement in payroll administration efficiency, based on an internally reported estimate. The figure is not independently audited; a measurement baseline and calculation method are not publicly documented.
